We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will take immediate effect when posted on the website, continued use of the website is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Returns and Cancellations 

Due to the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

If an item is faulty, we will ask you to return it for a replacement or refund.

For any other returns please contact us within 7 days of delivery, if applicable, items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. We will not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. The buyer is responsible if the item is not returned in its original condition, we strongly recommend you use a tracked method of postage.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this period of time we cannot guarantee that we will not have started processing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bitsofstationery.com quoting your order number.

Shipping

Please check the estimated shipping dates before ordering. You can choose your shipping method at checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur on their order.

Colours

Please be aware that monitors will display colours differently, and there can also be variations in the printing of the same product at times.

 

FAQ’S

Can you combine multiple orders?

Unfortunately no, we work through orders in the sequence they are placed. Our policy is to not combine orders due to the way in which orders are processed and the current volume.

At times, we may upgrade your shipping method at no extra cost to you.

There’s a problem with my order!

Please contact us at info@bitsofstationery.com with your order number, please remember to include details of the problem with pictures where possible.

If an item is faulty, we will follow the above policy and ask you to either return it for a replacement or refund.
