How much is shipping?

Shipping will vary depending on the size and the weight of your order, there is a shipping rate calculator available at the checkout to get a shipping estimate on the items currently in your basket.

When will my order ship?

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Most products are ready to ship, customised items may take longer. For details, see individual items.

When will my order arrive once it has shipped?

Royal Mail quotes these estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 1-2 business days
  • Europe: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of world: 6-7 business days

Please note that these are Royal Mail aims and are not guaranteed. Deliverycannot be guarenteed for a given date as deliveries can be delayed for any reason.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included as "business days".

I think my order is missing

Domestic orders: please contact me if you have not received your order 10 business days after it has been shipped (10 business days plus 2 buisness days as per originally quoted).

European orders: please contact me if you have not received your order 20 business days after it has been shipped (20 business days plus 5 buisness days as per originally quoted).

Rest of world orders: please contact me if you have not received your order 25 business days after it has been shipped (25 business days plus 5 buisness days as per originally quoted).

Please wait the appropriate amount of days before contacting me as I am unable to claim for missing orders via Royal Mail until that time. Majority of the time the missing orders turn up in that time period. 

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included as "business days".


Is there a tracking number for my order?

All item are posted standard by default and therefore tracking can only be provided as an add on at checkout. If you choose to have your order tracked then the tracking number will be provided for you with your dispatch notification. Please note this won't be udated until your order has left the UK.


Can I change my shipping address?

Yes you can change your address before I post your order, to do this please email me at bitsofstationery@gmail.com with your order number and new address. 


My address was wrong and my order has shipped - what should I do?

If the address is incorrect then your order should be returned to me as undeliverable. You can then pay a re-shipping cost to have the order posted to the correct address. Please be aware that the order may take a while to be returned, if it is returned at all. 


Can I combine orders?

If you have two or more orders oen then I am happy to combine shipping on these and refund the difference, please note if I have already packed your orders then this may not be possible. Please send me a message with your order numbers to bitsofstationery@gmail.com (If you choose to combine orders then you will only receive one freebie with your package).

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any point until your order ships - please email me at bitsofstationery@gmail.com with the subject "CANCELLATION" so that I can quickly spot it before processing.


Can I return my order?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised items cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email me at bitsofstationery@gmail.com with the subject "ORDER RETURN". Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Upon return if the item is not returned in its original condition thenthe buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 


Coupon code policies

Coupon codes must be used at checkout and cannot be added after your order has been placed. Only one coupon code is to be used per transaction. Any promtional offers with minimum spends will be based on the total amount after a discount has been applied and before shipping costs.
